1️⃣ Received a Poor Quality or Damaged Product?
If your item arrives damaged or is of poor quality:
📦 Return it in the original packaging and condition.
🔍 Once inspected and confirmed defective,
💰 A full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued.
2️⃣ Received the Wrong Product?
If you received a product you didn’t order:
📦 Return it unused and in original packaging.
✅ If available, we’ll send the correct item.
🔁 If not, we’ll issue a full refund.
3️⃣ Changed Your Mind? Want to Cancel or Return?
🛑 Before Shipping:
Call or cancel the order via your Sangeetha Foods account.
💸 Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
📦 After Receiving the Product:
You may return it within 7 days, provided:
🛍️ It meets Sangeetha Food’s return policy.
🔐 Items are sealed/unopened and in original packaging.
🎁 For food/gift boxes, original tags and seals must be intact.
✔️ Once accepted, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 days.
4️⃣ Paid via Credit/Debit Card?
If canceled before shipping, refunds go directly to your card within 7–14 business days.
If shipped but not delivered, you’ll receive a full refund.
📝 Delivered products can be refunded (excluding original shipping fees) if return is approved after inspection.
💳 Some banks may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund in your statement.
5️⃣ Paid via Cash on Delivery?
Refunds will be issued as Sangeetha Foods online credits.
🛍️ These credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
6️⃣ Received an Incomplete Order?
If a part of your order is missing:
📸 Take photos and a video on the day of delivery.
📤 Share them with us for verification.
📦 Once confirmed, we’ll send the missing item immediately.
